Where this data comes from

The information shown on this subdivision page is pulled together from multiple sources, each with its own strengths and limits:

Active & Sold listings, list / sold prices — sourced from the Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS^® MLS. Reflects what has been on the market. May not include private or off-market sales.
Total Homes, Avg SqFt, Avg Year Built, Avg Acres — sourced from the Ross County Auditor's Office parcel records. Counts every home on the subdivision's streets, including ones that have never been listed.
Streets, utilities, FAQs, description — curated by Beth Gerber from local knowledge, county records, and city resources.

Before relying on these numbers

Verify with the Ross County Auditor for parcel-level facts (sqft, year built, ownership).
Do your own research on schools, taxes, and neighborhood character.
Ask Beth Gerber directly — she lives and works here. (740) 851-7248

No guarantees

Subdivision boundaries and street rosters are best-effort. Some homes near the edge of a neighborhood may not be captured. Stats reflect available data, not a legal definition of the subdivision.
